Truth over Transactions.
The rumors are true—Alliance Pro Inspections is the name you’ve heard about, and we’re the team that serious, discerning buyers have been searching for and trust to protect their investment before taking on such a huge financial risk. We are widely respected as the most ethical and uncompromising home inspection firm in the Upstate.
Our reputation has been built on integrity, independence, and a fierce commitment to protecting buyers—never agents or transactions. We do not accept referrals from real estate agents, ensuring our loyalty remains solely with the client. When a buyer’s agent does recommend us, it speaks volumes about their professionalism and genuine concern for their client’s best interest and well-being. Within the inspection community, we’re known for setting the standard in objectivity and professionalism, and our no-nonsense reports reflect that. We don’t write soft reports or downplay issues to keep a deal moving. When you hire us, you’re not sending in someone to be agreeable—you’re sending in a battle-tested Devil Dog who will fight to uncover the truth.
Our reports are clear, direct, and uncompromising because buyers deserve the full picture. We don’t rely on agent referrals or BS marketing gimmicks; our business continues to grow through word-of-mouth, reputation, and the trust we’ve earned through years of unwavering ethical standards since being established in 2016. Our name carries weight with Listing Agents and Sellers because we deliver honest, detailed reports that empower our Buyer Clients to make informed decisions; Check the google reviews to see for yourself with our past Clients.
If you’re looking for a multi-inspector home inspection team that prioritizes truth over transactions—you’ve found us.
We treat and protect every client like family, because to us, that’s exactly what you are.
We do a through inspection of all the systems of a home into a written report, itemized in a repair summary with pictures to identify problems and needed repairs, with guaranteed email delivery within 24 hours.
We have partnered with a local pest control company to offer CL-100 Termite Inspections on the day of the Home Inspection. The termite inspector is allowed access into the home with our Supra eKey. This is a valuable time saver for all parties!
We use Sun Nuclear machines to complete a 48-hour radon testing. According to the EPA recommendations, radon levels over a certain limit should be mitigated to prevent potential lung cancer.
We do an air sample of each level of a home and send it to our Nationally Certified lab for further testing of the samples and email the results within 24 hours.
We deposit septic dye into the main drain line of the home and do a through inspection of the ground around the leech fields of the septic tanks to see if the system is working properly. We always recommend a full septic inspection with a qualified septic company.
We complete a well water test with a Nationally Certified lab to check for e.coli in the water sample.
We offer a sewer scope inspection of the main sewer drain line to investigate for potential breaks, tree roots or other damage.
Pools and spas can be relaxing and therapeutic additions to any home or multi-unit housing structure, but only if they’re safe and properly maintained. Coming soon Spring of 2020!
