With our exclusive Pay at Closing service, clients never have to pay for inspection services out of pocket. You will pay $0 upfront for your inspection services. There is no credit check required – simply check with your Realtor or lender and all inspection invoices can simply be added to your closing statement with the attorney. All you need to do is forward the invoice, and it will be included. There are absolutely no additional fees for this service (clients should never be charged extra). You may bundle as many inspection services as you need, up to a $2,500 limit, ensuring a complete and thorough evaluation of your future home while helping reduce potential liability before move-in and ensuring a complete and through evaluation of your future home.
