Sam went and inspected some sketchy looking areas of this 1930s house. He found a lot of big finds that we never would've known. The house is going to have have a lot repairs made on this house before we move in, thanks to Sam. No steps were skipped and went above and beyond. I do wish I would've asked for a septic inspection though but that's my own fault.

While the majority of their work was coordinated through our realtor with Gregg, I appreciate how thorough their reporting was, and how quickly they were able to schedule inspections during our due diligence period -- especially since we requested a lot of services.They were mostly prompt with answering our questions, or referring us to the appropriate parties for more detailed information about the results we received.My only disappointment was finding out that the "10% off" option they like to promote is only available for physical cash upfront, not a direct bank payment or check. :-)

Great findings for my new home! Being new to this home buying process it’s a lot.

Jason was great and patient. This is our first time buying a house so we showed up and he made us feel welcomed and not like an annoyance. We did leave him alone but when he was finished, he went through everything and calmed a lot of our concerns.If we ever buy another house, we will definitely use them again

Let me start by saying I am a first time home buyer, and after receiving and reviewing my home inspection report I was overwhelmed. The inspection report was very clear and precise and the best part was it also came with videos!
