"From one retired home inspector to another"! My husband and I ordered an inspection, septic tank, radon and termite. My dad went to sit in on our inspection because I had 4 kids at home the day of. He is a retired firefighter and home inspector. He was very impressed with the inspectors competence and thoroughness of the property. Once we got our report, my dad and I went over it together and I was incredibly impressed at the level of organization and description of each item of the report. My dad didn't have to explain much to me at all, as it was all there. It was easy for me to digest and I had no questions. My dad was very impressed with the timeliness of the entire report getting into their portal as well. Truly I would recommend Alliance Pro for all inspections in the future.

Sam from this company saved me a tremendous loss. He inspected a beautiful house inside and out for us. Jason F. was incredibly thorough! I really appreciate what he did because he saved me from buying a money pit of a rehab job. Underneath the house was a huge disaster and full of dangers like cloth wrapped wires, excessive moisture, etc.

Sam was prompt and efficient. The thoroughness of his inspection, backed up with photos to support his comments gave me all the information that I need to move forward with my plans. I have used him in the past and will continue to use him in the future, as his insights have allowed me to make informed decisions.

Professional and thorough.

We were not present at the inspection as we live out-of-state. Jason French did the inspection on Monday, and we had the report early Tuesday morning, which was great! His report was very detailed explaining what the problems were and what needed to be done, and he included pictures.

First time home buyers here! Our realtor set us up an appointment with Alliance Pro Inspections. Immediately I noticed how quickly they were available for an appointment, I was very pleased by the time frame and how quickly I received all updates and information. Added bonus... They send you a video of how to read your home inspection, and a list of other types of inspections that they offer with a price list! Secondly, our inspector Jason was very patient and informative with all the questions and concerns we had at the time of inspection. He also took time to reassure me that the house was a good home. I assume he saw the stress in my facial expressions!! Having your future home tediously inspected is stressful, but Jason going back through and explaining things to me definitely helped. We were able to come to a few conclusions to things and I never once felt like I couldn't ask him a question. Thirdly, the water was not turned on to the property, which meant he couldn't do his full inspection. Our realtor called Alliance Pro and we immediately received another appointment for a plumbing inspection. I received our inspection sheet in less than 24 hours with pictures, full detail and recommendations. I feel like this may have been the quickest most professional part of buying a house so far. Jason was able to do a home inspection in a timely fashion and was very thorough. He found deficiencies, categorized them in terms of seriousness and priority as well as suggesting resolutions. He also linked service providers who could aid in repairs. Pictures were included to help with location and definition. I am a single woman, relocating to a new city. They were really nice and honest about the property we are buying. Jason didn’t hide anything about some of the more major issues we need to address. When I asked questions he answered honestly and in a way I could understand. They checked everything from HVAC and plumbing down to the stove needing to be cleaned well. We were able to book them short notice and they came out in less than a week. They were quick but very thorough. I would definitely recommend them. On our report they even gave a list of companies we could call to come and help us fix the issues that are going on. And the price was great too! Lots of ability to customize the kind of inspection you might need.

The only issue I had with my inspection was that I wanted to be there at the end to discuss everything in person and that did not get notated in my file. I would strongly consider using them again.
