Sam did a very detailed report regarding the home inspection for us. I was a bit concerned as I am out of state and could not be there but he did a very thorough job and the report he provided gave us enough information to help with our decision. I was disappointed in the water treatment testing, however that is a personal preference as I have these done often and expected more from the results. This is not a reflection of Sam’s work.

Jason French was on time and very through. He also had spoke to the contractor who was remodeling the kitchen floor, and informed us of the other work that would be done to the home, example: the contractor is adding a vapor shield under the house. I really appreciated how he waited before he left and explained everything he had noted in his evaluation to me and my husband. I had a question on a few of the minor issues found, and he stopped and clarified for us. He also stated what type of contractors, example: roofers could fix the flange on the chimney was lifting up on one corner. He took this extra time and care on a Friday to clarify the inspection for us, first-time homebuyers. He also took the time to send us the evaluation the next day, on Saturday. Very professional and very knowledgeable with care to details! We left with no questions on our future home purchase.
