Very thorough: drone for roof, electrical testing, plumbing testing, inferred camera for insulation and ducts, crawlspace, etc. Their report is very detailed with great pictures explaining everything they found and why it is an issue. I also had them do termite, septic and pool inspections. Very reasonable cost for what you get. They showed up on time and delivered what they said. Thanks Sam and Alliance Pro!

Sam was extremely professional and thorough in his inspection of our new home. He went out of his way to inspect crawl spaces and small areas that others would have probably checked off just to complete. He also took the time while we were at the property to talk through what he had found and to make sure we understood. Our inspection was scheduled and completed quickly. They answered all our questions and provided recommendations when asked on items needing attention. I would, however, recommend a specialist for a pool inspection. They did what they could but it’s not their area of expertise.

Agent wasn’t told that he was suppose to call and meet me at the end of the inspection by the home office. He called me the next day and apologized sincerely and went over everything about his findings in exact details. Very pleased with the service and him making up for the initial blunder. This inspection was what I needed- an accurate and honest third party assessment of an aging home. It is set to list soon. The inspector was polite and non assuming.
