I received emails from Jason, he was professional and seemed pretty thorough so that’s all I cared about. Only downside was the cost (it’s probably competitive, I really don’t know) and the 72 emails. (Which most of those were automated so it is what it is.)Good experience overall

Becoming a new homeowner is an exciting but very intimidating step in life. Sam Murphy truly put a lot of my anxieties to rest and helped me to feel confident in the home that my family and I are purchasing. Sam was very thorough and diligent with the home inspection itself, and after he was finished with his assessment, he had a thorough conversation explaining to me what he found, and what that really meant to a person who’s not used to looking at home inspections. He explained to me what the inspection would look like on the inspection documents himself. Sam also made me feel welcome to ask. Follow up questions and call him if I had any concerns after reading the full inspection myself. I would definitely recommend Sam and the team to anyone buying a home, and I will consider them in the future if I ever have need for home inspections myself again.

Gregg was the inspector for my home. As a first time home buyer, I'm new to this and want to make sure everything is right. Gregg did an amazing job. He took his time and made sure to check everything. He was even at the property earlier than I was, already getting started! Not to mention, I meant to bring a tape measure to measure for blinds and furniture, but I forgot to bring one. When we pulled up to the property, one of the first things he said was "I actually have a gift bag for you guys. It has a tape measure and some other little goodies in case you need to measure for furniture or anything else." How awesome is that? It had a bunch of little goodies ranging from screwdrivers to candy. Saved me the trouble of buying another tape measure from the hardware store! He was very thorough, honest, and informative. I couldnt ask for any better!
