Alliance Pro did an excellent job on my new home inspection. Even though it is a new home my realtor recommended it. Alliance Pro was knowledgeable, professional and able to get the inspection done in a very timely manner. I appreciate their insights on items that didn't need repairs but things I should be aware of or ways to avoid problems down the road. I would highly recommend them.

Agent wasn’t told that he was suppose to call and meet me at the end of the inspection by the home office. He called me the next day and apologized sincerely and went over everything about his findings in exact details. Very pleased with the service and him making up for the initial blunder. Very nice and helpful with advice and explanation of everything. Would definitely recommend cause things happen sometimes out of the inspector control.

We had a GREAT experience with Alliance Pro Inspections. Noah communicates very well and we were never left in the dark to wonder what is coming next. The report on our inspection was thorough and easy to read. There were only a few concerns with the property, but I feel Noah uncovered anything that we needed to know. Noah also made notes on things to pay attention to in the future, like cleaning out the upright dryer vent pipe, even though it was not a current issue. We really appreciate the job very well done!

My inspector, Gregg Bellofatto, was absolutely amazing. This is my first home purchase and I was very nervous. He didn’t mind allowing me to tag along and he explained why certain things throughout homes are important to check and monitor over the years. The homes where I’m from are built very differently. It was so comforting as he shared how to take care of the specific features of my home. He was so thorough and answered any questions I had . He, also, explained how my report would be structured and how to read it. All The while being so kind, friendly, personable and funny all the while never slowing or losing focus on the tasks at hand.
