Gregg was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and personable. When he entered the house he took his shoes off. He told us why he was there and what he would be looking for. He asked if we had any questions and then he got started. He went through the house methodically and efficiently. We were there to answer any questions he had to help the process. Gregg did the interior, then the exterior (the drone pics are cool), then met to discuss some of his findings and explain a little about the report and when it should be ready. We are pleased with the organization of the report and the tiers of cosmetic, diy, get a professional, etc. The meeting went well and we are pleased. Thank you!
