Alliance Pro Inspection did a fantastic job responding quickly to the request. They were contacted on Thursday afternoon and they agreed to inspect the house on Monday. They even responded over the weekend to questions about the inspection and other doubts. They presented the report the next day very early. Definitely would contract them again.

Greg did an excellent job inspecting the home. He explained and answered our questions in an easy to understand manner and was patient with us when those explanations prompted even more questions from us. He was very respectful of the current homeowner's property and to us. Was not annoyed when some of the questions were asked again and he made sure that his answers made sense to us. He was very informative and educated us on many things. In all, it was an educational interaction for us, we came away more knowledgeable in general about the many facets of the home building industry such as current standards vs previous standards and why some things are now requirements even though an older property might not have them. The report he provided gave even more insight and also included a lot of educational diagrams and videos that explained whatever thing was inspected and the correct way it should be. I will be keeping the inspection report as a reference tool for things to be repaired or just to keep an eye on them. Definitely recommend this company and Greg was absolutely wonderful to work with

I was very impressed with the job Alliance Pro Inspections did evaluating a home I am planning to buy. Their price was significantly less than the last home inspection company, which I now realized ripped me off by charging more than 2X ($750.00) what API charged to inspect a home with similar square footage. As an active real estate investor, I'll definately be using API from now on. I was able to meet Gregg at the home towards the end of the inspection. Though it was 5 Pm on a Friday, Gregg took a significant amount of time to show me the multiple items he found that needed repair and answer my many questions in a non-rushed way. I was clearly his top priority (Friday at 5 Pm)! I expect to gain roughly 10X what I spent for the inspection using the report to re-negotiate my accepted bid with the seller. Of the 20+ items found that need repair/replacement, I had not noticed any of them during my 1 hour walk through of the home. This is why you should hire API. (I have not been compensated in any way for this review)

Noah was extremely thorough, detailed, and professional. As first time home buyers, most of this process is new to my wife and I. Noah took extra time to walk us through all of his findings and gave some helpful advice. Very appreciative of his hard work!

Jason was great. Knowledgeable of regulations. Even called a friend licensed in specific field when he wasn't sure about a certain issue. That was nice. Reasonably priced home inspection. Give 10% off for cash payment. I would mention to have either a receipt book handy or an app on the phone for cash payment receipts.

Sam did a great job for us, especially under the circumstances. He had to come to the house 3 dif times due to utilities not working/being turned on. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about everything that needs to be done to the house. I would def recommend him and this co.

I’m going to start by saying that I don’t leave reviews for places very often. I only usually leave reviews if the place is stellar, or after a bad experience. This was certainly no bad experience. Gregg was very detailed with the inspection. The results were organized well and were very easy to read and understand. Gregg took his time answering any questions that we had, let us stay longer to take measurements, and showed us some areas of concern. He didn’t have to do that, especially since he had his son’s football game to go to! I was very impressed with the amount of care and quality that went into this home inspection. Thanks Gregg!

As a first time homebuyer, picking an inspection company seemed like a very daunting task, especially not being from the area. My realtor recommended a few different companies and I decided to go with Alliance Pro Inspections, LLC.
