This team is great for inspections. They are available to speak to the client about what they found during the inspection and explain it. They recently found an issue with the ductwork that I feel sure would have been missed by other companies. This is because they are diligent in their processes.

Fast service with honest inspection

The inspector was very professional. The work was done in a timely manner, and as a first time homeowner I really appreciated the honesty and transparency regardless of the building manager being there! My realtor recommended this company, and I’m so glad because they were excellent! 10/10 recommend!

Working with Gregg has been great, and his inspection reports and discussions were very clear. The reason for four stars is the paperwork and email system that he uses. Pre-inspection, there are many different forms to sign online with different links. Even if all of them are necessary, it would be great if they were all streamlined into one long document. After the inspection, we are bombarded with emails about new offers from another company, requests for reviews (one every few hours), and repetitive updates through email and text about the reports being ready. But even after the reports were ready, we couldn't view them despite already having paid because our payment wasn't loaded into the system properly.

Awesome inspection! Well worth the money. They showed us a couple things with our new build that we would have never known about. They even sent us video of a couple problem areas. We recommend everyone uses this company for home inspections.

Our home inspection happened back in August and closing for our home happened in October. From what we could tell the process was simple and the report seemed to be thorough. Since moving in we have found two leaks, one in the hot water heater lines and one from the pipes to our bathtub. These are two major things I think should be found during an inspection and it is unfortunate we did not know until moving in.
