Let me start by saying I am a first time home buyer, and after receiving and reviewing my home inspection report I was overwhelmed. The inspection report was very clear and precise and the best part was it also came with videos! We had a home inspection for our new construction home. I appreciated the chance to speak with Gregg the inspector after he had finished. He was happy to answer any questions I had which put my mind at ease. I initially questioned whether this would have been necessary as our home was new construction but there were so many minor issues identified that we would have never noticed. We contacted Alliance Pro Inspections to perform a home inspection on a property we were purchasing. We live out of the area but no worries, Alliance Pro was all over it. When we called someone actually answered the phone and we didn't get directed to the endless press 1 for this or that, Yea! Sam did the inspection a few days later, very complete. I especially like the photo's and the links included to contact a professional for specific repairs. Sam was quick to report out and open for a call if we had questions. Well done Alliance Pro!!

I’m a local Realtor with ChuckTown Homes. I’ve been using Alliance Pro Inspections for 3 years… and you are not going to find a more reputable and dependable home inspector in the upstate. Noah Franks is a down to earth sincere guy and all of his home inspectors are class acts. They do what they say and they stand behind the work. If you need a dependable and trustworthy home inspector i would not look any further

Choose someone else, as time goes on I keep coming across issues. The biggest being electrical and plumbing. Does a home inspection not include testing to see if the water even gets hot? I turned up my water heater, all the water from each sink gets hot. Both of my showers the water is barely lukewarm to cold. Finally moving in two weeks after signing and can’t even get a hot shower. Light fixtures don’t work amongst other issues. I only went with them because they were recommended biggest mistake ever as it’s no telling how much Im about to have to pay to repair things the inspector should have caught. Chose a different company for your inspection don’t end up like me. Update: I am a real person and I have reached out to you by email as of this morning.
