We are in awe on the level of professionalism and communication from Alliance Pro Inspections. We also loved how quickly we received a very thorough and easy to read report. Everything was clear and easy to understand! The inspection was incredibly detailed! First time using an inspector and they were able to do their work without me being there so that’s was nice. I received emails from Jason, he was professional and seemed pretty thorough so that’s all I cared about. Only downside was the cost (it’s probably competitive, I really don’t know) and the 72 emails. (Which most of those were automated so it is what it is.)Good experience overall

I am so happy with the quality of service we got with Alliance Pro. Sam was our inspector and from the jump he was honest and had great communication. We truly felt like he wanted to give an honest and thorough inspection rather than help a realtor or home owner sell a house. The inspection brought some pretty big issues to the surface saving us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs we otherwise wouldn't have been financially or mentally prepared to deal with. Professional and Affordable service. The report is in-depth, easy to digest and has advanced features like creating a repair request. Good range of additional inspections to bundle in, all under the same umbrella. Communication could've been a little better but it was Independence weekend so that's understandable. Excellent personal feedback from the Inspector (Greg). Highly recommend.
