Alliance and Marc we're a great choice for my home inspection. Marc was very detailed, knowledgeable and helpful explaining the inspection summary. Alliance's dash board web page that allows you to view the inspections is awesome and easy to navigate. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Noah provided a pre-dry wall inspection on our new construction home. Our builder was on site during the inspection and spoke highly of Noah. Our realtor also showed up at the end of the inspection and had a positive experience. Within a few hours, Noah had provided us with the inspection report including detailed photos and recommendations. I plan to have Noah do our pre-closing inspection and would recommend!

Sam did a FANTASTIC job. He was extremely thorough and did his due diligence everywhere he could. He took pictures of everything small or little and left a detailed explanation in the report of all of it. He was very patient when answering questions and I never rushed at all. Sam killed it and I will recommend him to anybody who needs an inspection done. He’s your guy.

Things could not have gone any better. The transactions have been very clear and professional. While several issues were discovered, the Alliance Pro Inspection report classified each issue in a way that it made it very easy to focus on the most pressing and potentially dangerous problems. The report format is one of the best ones I have ever seen. Jason did an excellent job. I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

We are purchasing a house in Spartanburg County and are coming from the state of New York. We of course wanted to be sure everything with the home We are investing in, is in good condition. Our inspector, Gregg B has been wonderful to work with. Hes prompt and personable. Has answered my questions thoroughly. We had to have a reinspection done on some completed repairs and Gregg put us on the books for the very next day and has communicated with us the entire step of the way. These are the folks to hire for home inspections! Oh, and they even got the detailed report to us that same day on the initial inspection.

DO NOT wastes your money! If you want an absolute basic inspection these are your guys. They were not able to plug in the refrigerator to test it because it was out of their scope, they did not run water through the washer as it's out of their scope and apparently they said appliances do not usually convey with the house. Never ever in all the houses we've bought have we had this happen or had such a terrible experience with inspectors. Left a message for the inspector to call because we had questions on the inspection and of course no call. If you want to talk to AI then these guys are for you.

Gregg is an incredible inspector and Noah is an amazing business owner. I had questions about my personal home and both Gregg and Noah made themselves available to answer all the questions and major concerns I had. They were honest and helped me analyze between the seriousness of items on the report vs quotes I received for fixes that seemed way over the top.
